Both pregnancy and childbirth play a part in weakening the pelvic floor which is why your Midwife will discuss the importance of doing your pelvic floor exercises during the post partum period.

A session on the Tesla Seat is the equivalent of 19,000 pelvic floor exercises - impossible to do yourself in such a short time.

A short course of 3 x 28 minute sessions from 8 weeks post partum will benefit all new mum’s and prevent future issues relating to a weak pelvic floor.

Sessions are conducted by Midwife Angela from a private home clinic in Unsworth, Bury.

Let’s face it no one really wants to have to use a public toilet - especially not on a plane!

I had my course of 6 treatments on the Tesla Seat in April and last week was the first time we’ve been on a longer flight. I passed urine at the airport before the flight and then did a 4.5 hour flight followed by the airport rigmarole and then a 1.5 hour transfer to the hotel without needing to use the loo despite drinking water constantly.

Normally that would’ve been around at least 3 toilet trips.
